Moniefest helps you make sense of your spending. Everything you put in — expenses, categories, notes, and anything brought in from a CSV, screenshot, or recording — is kept on your device in Apple's on-device storage. The app makes no network requests of any kind.
None. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no account or sign-in. Nothing you enter ever leaves your phone.
When you bring in a CSV file, a screenshot, or a screen recording of your bank app, it is read entirely on your device. Text recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework — no image, video, or text is ever uploaded.
You don't have to take our word for it. Turn on Settings → Privacy & Security → App Privacy Report and use the app — iOS records every network contact an app makes, and Moniefest's stays empty. It's also fully usable in airplane mode, and its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected".
Moniefest uses no third-party services, SDKs, or APIs.
Because the app collects nothing from anyone, this holds equally for users of every age.
If this ever changes — say a future version adds an optional cloud sync you can turn on — this page will be updated and the change noted in the app's release notes.
